Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before renewal to stop future charges. Access continues through your paid period. Routine partial-period refunds are not provided, subject to applicable rights. Read the Terms & Conditions before subscribing.
Upgrades apply immediately after confirmation with a prorated charge for the remaining paid term. Downgrades apply at renewal after you identify the workspaces to retain and arrange available exports for any above the new limit. A failed renewal payment has a seven-calendar-day grace period before access may be suspended; suspension does not mean immediate deletion.
How your allowances work
Email and System Scribe allowances are shared across your membership, reset monthly and do not roll over. Operational and marketing email have separate allowances. Review available history and usage in your brand workspaces, and contact us before you need additional capacity.
Included email is covered by the membership price and is not separately rebilled at provider cost. Your membership does not authorize automatic overage charges. Failed System Scribe generations and duplicate retries do not consume an additional successful-generation allowance. Provider restrictions may affect email availability and sending pace, and we do not guarantee inbox placement or instant throughput.
What happens after you subscribe
- Your receipt confirms your selected plan, billing term and renewal date.
- You complete your activation details so we can prepare your first brand workspace.
- We target first-workspace activation within one business day after successful payment and complete activation information. Additional workspaces are assigned within 1–2 business days after a complete request, within your plan’s capacity.
- Your brand workspace access and your Clarity Cohort learning access arrive separately — they are two different logins.
Services beyond your membership
Custom implementation, migration, integrations and campaign production are separately scoped. SMS, phone services, native CRM AI agents and separately licensed extensions are outside the membership. Domain registration, payment-processing fees and external mailbox subscriptions remain your own costs.
