Timing
We target first-workspace activation within one business day after successful payment and complete activation information. Additional workspaces are assigned within 1–2 business days after a complete request, within your plan's capacity.
Support
Account support is included on every plan. Use our Contact page for help with access, included features and platform guidance. Our response target is 1–3 business days.
What's separately scoped
Your membership includes a preconfigured foundation and tools you use for your brands. Custom implementation, migration, integrations and campaign production are separately scoped. SMS, phone services, native CRM AI agents and separately licensed extensions are outside the membership. Domain registration, payment-processing fees and external mailbox subscriptions remain your own costs.
