Your AI Next-Step Brief
Each activated brand receives an unscored AI Next-Step Brief through ReadyCheckGo when its workspace is activated, then a fresh brief every six months of active membership.
The brief is based on the information you submit about your brand. Each brand’s six-month schedule begins when its workspace is activated. Member instructions explain how to request each included brief; no separate purchase is required for included cycles.
How your allowances work
Email and System Scribe allowances are shared across your membership, reset monthly and do not roll over. Operational and marketing email have separate allowances. Review available history and usage in your brand workspaces, and contact us before you need additional capacity.
Included email is covered by the membership price and is not separately rebilled at provider cost. Your membership does not authorize automatic overage charges. Failed System Scribe generations and duplicate retries do not consume an additional successful-generation allowance. Provider restrictions may affect email availability and sending pace, and we do not guarantee inbox placement or instant throughput.

A focused portfolio review each paid quarter.
Your first 45-minute portfolio advisory session becomes available after three continuously paid months. Another becomes available after each subsequent three-month period. Annual prepayment follows the same schedule.
- Use each session during the following three months.
- Unused sessions do not accumulate or carry over on reactivation.
- Request scheduling through the Contact page when eligible.
- Give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.
- Late cancellations and missed sessions count as used.
- Provider cancellations are rescheduled without forfeiting the session.
Advisory supports portfolio decisions and is additional to standard account support. Custom implementation is separately scoped.
Your brands, with access for the right people.
Each workspace is a separate CRM account. Your individual CRM login lets you switch among the workspaces you are authorized to use, while each brand keeps its own records and connected accounts. Clarity Cohort learning and community use a separate login.
Unlimited individually permissioned team members are included. Give each person their own access and assign the brand workspaces they need. There is no per-seat membership fee.
Getting started and getting help.
Timing
We target first-workspace activation within one business day after successful payment and complete activation information. Additional workspaces are assigned within 1–2 business days after a complete request, within your plan’s capacity.
You authorize the connections for your domains, calendars, social accounts, sender details and payment processor.
Support
Use our Contact page for account support, billing questions and additional workspace requests. Our response target is 1–3 business days.
Services beyond your membership
Custom implementation, migration, integrations and campaign production are separately scoped. SMS, phone services, native CRM AI agents and separately licensed extensions are outside the membership. Domain registration, payment-processing fees and external mailbox subscriptions remain your own costs.
